Uncertainty interval

If the measurement results Y (the measure values y, including the extended measurement uncertainty U) include a tolerance limit, conformity or nonconformity cannot be demonstrated.

Discrepancy range

Range outside tolerance extended by extended measurement uncertainty U.

Conformity interval

Reference to a VDA publication (if the definition is specific to a particular publication, different from it, or complementary to an applicable standard): VDA volume 5.
